2. Appointments & Bookings

• Appointments can be booked online, via phone, or in person.
• Q Diagnostics reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in case of unavoidable circumstances.
• Patients are requested to arrive on time for sample collection or scans.

3. Payments & Refunds

• All payments must be made as per the rates displayed at the time of booking.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only for cancellations made within the specified timeframe or in case of service failure attributable to Q Diagnostics.
• No refund will be issued once the test has been conducted or reports delivered.

4. Reports & Delivery

• Reports will be delivered as per the committed timelines, subject to sample integrity and processing conditions.
• Patients are responsible for collecting their reports or ensuring secure online access via registered credentials.
• Q Diagnostics is not liable for misuse of reports once handed over or emailed to the registered address.

5. Accuracy & Medical Advice

• While Q Diagnostics ensures the highest quality and accuracy in testing, results should always be interpreted by a qualified medical practitioner.
• Q Diagnostics does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment; our role is limited to testing and reporting.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

• All personal and medical data collected is kept confidential and used solely for diagnostic and administrative purposes.
• We comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws to safeguard your information.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Q Diagnostics and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra.
